iPhone 16 continues to be revealed before launch

In just over 10 days, Apple will officially launch the latest iPhone 16 series. The closer it gets to the product launch date, the more leaked images and information about the iPhone 16.

Recently, Majin Bu - a Twitter account that regularly posts information about upcoming technology products - has continued to share a video about the iPhone 16 model.

This is believed to be a prototype model used for the production molding process or sent by Apple to official partners specializing in case and accessory production. Therefore, this model is likely to accurately represent the final design of the iPhone 16.

The video shared by Majin Bu shows that the product is similar to previously leaked images of the iPhone 16, showing that the camera cluster on the back of the product has been reduced and the lenses are arranged vertically, no longer staggered like the old versions. This seems to be the final design of the upcoming iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus.

Majin Bu also shared images of 4 color options of iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max, in which copper gold will be the new color this year and will likely create a trend in the mobile market.

Previously, this Twitter account also revealed that the screen size on the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max will be increased to 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch respectively compared to the 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch screens of previous versions.

In addition, some sources said that Apple will equip tetraprism lenses on the iPhone 16 Pro version, not just for the Pro Max version like the previous iPhone 15.

A tetraprism is a lens technology used in mobile devices that improves optical zoom without increasing the thickness of the phone. A tetraprism is a system of mirrors and prisms arranged in a tetrahedron shape, hence the name "tetraprism".

Light entering the lens will be reflected and refracted through this system of mirrors and prisms, creating a path longer than the physical size of the lens. This allows the creation of an optical zoom lens with a long focal length in a compact space, suitable for the slim size of smartphones.

If the above information is correct, it is likely that the iPhone 16 Pro will have 5x optical zoom, instead of just 3x optical zoom like the previous 15 Pro.

Previously, some leaked sources said that Apple will equip the iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max duo with a new button called "Capture". This button will be located below the power button on the right side, similar to the "Action" button on the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max launched last year.
