In early July, many retail systems in Vietnam launched incentive and discount programs for iPhone products to stimulate sales during the low season. This also quickly affected the unofficial market, causing the price of old iPhones to decrease accordingly.

Depending on the version and capacity, the discount ranges from 500,000 to 1.5 million VND. Specifically, the used iPhone 15 Pro Max has been adjusted down by 1 million VND compared to the end of May, down to 20 million VND for the 256GB version.
Used iPhone 15 Pro is priced at 17 million VND, a decrease of 500,000 VND compared to before. Used iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max duo are offered for sale at prices from 12 million VND and 16.5 million VND respectively.
"In July, the number of customers buying used technology products increased by 10% compared to the previous month. In particular, used phone lines such as iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 15 Plus and iPhone 15 Pro Max received the most attention from users," said a representative of the Mobile Institute system.
Older product lines such as iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13 Pro Max are also adjusted down by 300,000-500,000 VND depending on the memory version and color.
This is the price for used products with 99% form, originating from the US market (code LL/A). Some hand-carried versions from the Japanese or Korean market will have a lower selling price of about 500,000 VND depending on the form and quality of the product.
In addition, some used iPhone models may come from the Vietnamese market (code VN/A). These models are priced about 500,000 VND higher than the US brand but are the most popular with customers. However, the supply of this type of product is relatively limited and unstable.

"Although they are all international devices, iPhones in each market have small differences. Therefore, the price also has a certain difference. Users should carefully research product information before buying the device to be able to choose the right version," said Mr. Nguyen Van Giau, representative of the My Mobile system.
Recently, Apple has stopped selling many old iPhone product lines in the Vietnamese market. For example, some devices such as iPhone 11, iPhone 12 or iPhone 14 Plus have disappeared from genuine store shelves. Customers can now only buy these products in the unofficial market.
"When iPhone 11 and iPhone 12 officially stop selling, iPhone 13 becomes the most accessible choice for customers looking for a device in the popular, near-high-end segment," shared a representative of Minh Tuan Mobile system.
