On behalf of the Party Central Committee, General Secretary To Lam has just signed and issued Conclusion No. 210-KL/TW dated November 12, 2025 of the 13th Party Central Committee on continuing to build and perfect the organizational apparatus of the political system in the coming time.

Conclusion No. 210-KL/TW clearly stated the results achieved after 8 years of implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, the causes and lessons learned; and to continue promoting the revolution of streamlining the organizational apparatus, building, perfecting, improving the efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency of the political system, meeting the requirements and tasks of the country in the new development era, the Party Central Committee directed Party committees at all levels, agencies, units, organizations, especially leaders to perform well a number of tasks and solutions.

Including tasks and solutions on political education , ideology, information and propaganda; on perfecting institutions, functions and tasks of agencies, units and organizations in the political system; continuing to promote decentralization and delegation of power associated with administrative procedure reform; on arranging the apparatus, managing cadres, civil servants and public employees; and on inspection and supervision work./.
