Connecting high tech to market

The event attracted hundreds of delegates representing leaders of departments, branches, sectors, management leaders, experts, scientists from research institutes, universities, representatives of corporations, businesses, investment funds, and networks of business support organizations.

Held right before Vietnam Science and Technology Day (May 18), Hoalac Techconnect & Innovation 2025 is an opportunity to honor the great contributions of the science and technology community to the cause of national development. The event also demonstrates the spirit of concretizing Resolution 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation.

Mr. Vu Xuan Hung - Head of the Management Board of High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks of Hanoi City delivered the opening speech.

Opening the event, Dr. Vu Xuan Hung, Head of the Management Board of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks, said that through a series of activities within the framework of the event, units will have the opportunity to connect extensively, promote technology transfer, and form a network of cooperation in research-application-commercialization of technology products to directly serve the socio-economic development of Hanoi and the whole country. Hopefully, "Hoalac Techconnect and Innovation 2025" will be an effective bridge, opening up new cooperation opportunities, and at the same time, a forum for parties to share visions, experiences and solutions to promote innovation.

The event brought impressive presentations, introducing typical technologies from Hoa Lac High-Tech Park, reflecting the spirit of innovation and practical application, such as the lateral flow immunochromatography technology for on-site biomedical diagnosis (Lab-on-Paper Technology) of the Vietnam-Korea Institute of Science and Technology; stem cell biotechnology according to GMP standards and clinical applications of Hoa Lac Stem Cell Technology Joint Stock Company; water electrolysis technology to create Hydrogen and Oxygen gas, applied in means of transport of Fujidenki Joint Stock Company...

The highlight of the event was a series of signing ceremonies of memorandums of understanding and technology transfer contracts, marking breakthroughs in inter-sectoral cooperation between the Management Board of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks and Hanoi University of Science and Technology. This is an important step to closely connect state management agencies and training and research units, aiming to build a sustainable innovation and startup ecosystem in Hoa Lac High-Tech Park.

The Management Board of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks and Hanoi University of Science and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Vietnam-Korea Institute of Science and Technology (VKIST), CVI Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Joint Stock Company and the Department of Science and Technology of Soc Trang province on cooperation in research and development of technology for extracting gamma oryzanol and preparations from ST25 organic rice bran in Soc Trang province using supercritical extraction technology, applied as raw materials for manufacturing health care and beauty products, has marked a strategic cooperation in research and commercialization of advanced pharmaceutical and cosmetic products, contributing to improving the quality of health care and the competitiveness of the Vietnamese pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry in the international market.

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Center for Business Services and Support and Sohaco Energy Joint Stock Company initiates opportunities to develop clean energy solutions, support businesses to innovate and contribute to the goal of green growth and sustainable development of the Capital and the whole country.

The HHO-GAS technology transfer contract between Fujidenki Joint Stock Company and its partners: Thanh An Group, Hyundai Pham Van Dong Joint Stock Company, and Hyundai An Khanh LLC has opened up the way to integrate HHO-GAS technology into car maintenance services, not only improving technical performance but also promoting the greening trend of the transportation industry, reducing emissions and protecting the environment.

The agreements reached at Hoalac Techconnect & Innovation 2025 are not only milestones of cooperation but also strong motivations to realize technological ideas, bringing research from the laboratory to the market.
