Vietlott determined that the winner bought the ticket at point of sale 06 lot D, Lac Long Quan apartment building, ward 5, district 11, Ho Chi Minh City. After paying personal income tax, this lucky customer can receive more than 86.5 billion VND.

This is the third time in the past month that Vietlott has found a Jackpot winner in Ho Chi Minh City. Previously, on November 7, a customer in Ho Chi Minh City won more than 35 billion VND. On October 31, a customer won Jackpot 1 worth more than 173 billion VND, buying a ticket at a point of sale in Ward 3, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.
