Change the deadline and form of submitting application for approval of investment policy for 10 social housing projects

(DN) - On July 28, the Provincial Department of Construction issued a document adjusting some contents of Notice No. 10/TB-SoXD dated July 10, 2025 on publicizing the document approving the investment policy of the social housing construction investment project.

According to the newly issued document, there are 7 social housing projects whose deadline for submitting application documents to investors has been adjusted from August 8 to August 9, including: ChC1 and ChC2 social housing areas in Phuoc Tan ward, Social housing in Tam Hiep ward, Social housing in the apartment land in the resettlement area of ​​Long Binh ward, Social housing apartment complex in a 2.1 hectare land plot in Phuoc An commune, Social housing apartment complex in a 3.7 hectare land plot in Phuoc An commune, Social housing in a land plot of about 3.5 hectares in Trang Bom commune, Social housing in a 2.85 hectare land plot in Ho Nai ward.

There are 3 projects that keep the deadline for submitting documents to request handover to investors as August 8, including: Social housing area in Tan Trieu ward, An Phuoc social housing area in An Phuoc commune and Phuoc Binh social housing project in Phuoc Thai commune.

The form of submitting documents has also changed. Accordingly, submitting documents directly or via postal service to the Department of Construction has been changed to interested investors submitting administrative procedure documents (procedure code: 3.000506) directly at the Dong Nai Provincial Public Administration Service Center or via the Public Postal Service or online via the National Public Service Portal.
