DNO - The Department of Construction has just issued a document on handling feedback information related to the project of The Legend City Danang - Trade Center, Hotel and Apartment Complex.

According to Notice 7983 dated November 4, the Department of Construction said it had received feedback from people regarding The Legend City Danang project, invested by Vipico LLC.

However, the website https://thelegendcitydanang.com.vn/ and some other websites show that ROX Signature Company is the official investor of this project. People are wondering whether the project's change of investor name is in accordance with regulations or not and whether the project is eligible for sale or not.

Responding to public opinion, the Department of Construction said that The Legend City Danang project, invested by Vipico LLC, is currently not eligible to sell future housing under the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business.

The Department of Construction requires Vipico LLC to only conduct real estate business at The Legend City Danang project when the real estate meets the conditions for business according to the provisions of the Law on Real Estate Business.

The company is only allowed to collect a deposit of no more than 5% of the house selling price from the depositor to purchase when the house is eligible to be put into business according to regulations.

Vipico LLC is not authorized to authorize other organizations or individuals to sign contracts for deposit, purchase, sale, transfer, or lease-purchase of housing as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 17 of the Law on Real Estate Business. Vipico LLC reviews and reports on the project implementation status, real estate business performance, the number of files with deposits, reservations, and sales contracts signed (if any) at The Legend City Danang project; send to the Department of Construction before November 15, 2025.
