New soldier training opening

This afternoon, March 1, at the Training - Mobility Battalion, the Border Guard Command of Quang Tri province held the opening ceremony for new soldiers in 2024.

This year, the Training and Mobility Battalion was assigned to receive and train 110 new soldiers, aged 18-25, from 9 districts, towns and cities in the province. Of these, 5 soldiers graduated from university, 3 soldiers graduated from college, 76 soldiers graduated from high school and 10 soldiers are party members.

With the determination to successfully complete the task of training new soldiers in 2024, the Training - Mobility Battalion has organized and trained the training framework cadres, selected cadres with a lot of experience to train new recruits; carefully prepared accommodation, living quarters, training grounds, training models, lesson plans, and documents. At the same time, it has done a good job of ideological work so that new soldiers can feel secure in studying and training at the unit.

During the 4.5 months, the new Border Guard recruits will be trained in politics , military and professional skills. After completing the training course, the new soldiers will be assigned to perform tasks at border posts on the two border lines of Quang Tri province.
