The program took place over 7 days, from July 17 to 23, with 93 students aged 9 to 17 from schools in the province. The students were organized into 9 squads, modeled after the military structure, under the guidance of air force officers, lecturers, and teachers with high prestige in youth work. In addition, students will participate in offering incense at the Gac Ma Soldier Memorial; experience and visit the 954th Naval Air Brigade and the 189th Submarine Brigade... Thereby, cultivating in them a love for the homeland's sea and islands and a belief in the strength of the Vietnam People's Army.
The program aims to create a useful playground for children during the summer; train them in discipline and independence; and equip the young generation with necessary life skills.
