Businesses share at E-Commerce Festival

Gathering many experts, businesses and pioneering startups in the field of e-commerce, Hue E-Commerce Day 2025 shares business opportunities on e-commerce platforms for the real estate, tourism and healthcare service industries, and the F&B industry.

E-commerce is becoming one of the important driving forces for the digital economy in Vietnam and Hue is no exception. However, along with opportunities, businesses face many challenges to keep up and develop sustainably.

Mr. Cao Quoc Hai, Deputy Director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, shared: "Hue E-Commerce Day 2025 is held for the third year in Hue . Different from previous events, Hue E-Commerce Day 2025 focuses on areas of interest such as real estate, healthcare, and F&B. From practical stories and successful business models, participating businesses will have more ideas for development and many strategic connections will be formed."

In addition to sharing opportunities and challenges, experts also emphasized many important things to note when businesses and startups participate in business on digital platforms, especially in three specific fields: healthcare, F&B and real estate. In particular, in the healthcare sector, businesses need to especially comply with legal regulations on advertising, product quality certification and customer information security. In the F&B industry, building a reputable brand and customer experience are key factors; in addition, it is necessary to pay attention to product quality, food safety standards and after-sales service. In the real estate sector, experts also pay attention to information transparency, project legality and investor reputation.
