"With the guidance and support of the Central Committee, and the unity of the entire Party Committee and the people, Dak Lak will realize its aspiration to rise up and become a dynamic development region, making a worthy contribution to the overall cause of the country in the new era" - Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee |
The Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term sets the goal of building Dak Lak into a rapidly developing, sustainable, civilized, and culturally rich province; and identifies four strategic driving forces: developing human resources; promoting science and technology; improving infrastructure; and reforming institutions.
According to the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Ta Anh Tuan, in the coming period, the province will focus on breakthrough areas with fundamental and widespread impact, with the top priority being the development of transportation infrastructure. Resources will be concentrated on investing in completing key routes, especially the East-West expressway, connecting seaports and airports, and linking with national expressways such as the North-South and Buon Ma Thuot-Van Phong expressways.
Along with infrastructure development, the province is resolutely creating breakthroughs in institutions, significantly improving the investment environment, accelerating administrative procedure reforms, and innovating management thinking towards serving and supporting businesses. The focus is on attracting large-scale, impactful projects in key sectors such as high-tech agriculture, deep processing industries, renewable energy, logistics, and integrated tourism, thereby creating new growth drivers for the economy.
