Opening of Hoi An City OCOP Center

Attending the opening ceremony were representatives of the Quang Nam Cooperative Alliance, the Quang Nam Rural Development Department (Department of Agriculture and Rural Development) and OCOP participants in Hoi An City and Quang Nam Province.

Hoi An OCOP Center is managed by Que Vuon Clean Agriculture Cooperative and is a place to display, introduce, promote, connect and consume OCOP products. The center is also a place to promote and advertise tourism of Hoi An City in particular and Quang Nam Province in general.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hoi An City People's Committee - Nguyen The Hung said that the city's OCOP Center is located in the center of Hoi An ancient town, very convenient for tourists to choose to stop by when coming to Hoi An.

With the attention, support and facilitation of the province, departments and branches, and the determination of the Que Vuon Clean Agriculture Cooperative, the city government believes and hopes that in the near future, the center will be an address sought by many domestic and foreign tourists when coming to Hoi An and a place where tourists visit and choose loving gifts from Quang Nam to give to family, relatives and friends.

Hoi An City leaders requested Que Vuon Clean Agriculture Cooperative to effectively implement its activities according to the approved plan, especially proactively grasping the needs of consumers, especially tourists, to link with OCOP agents and manufacturers...

Regularly diversify products, improve product quality and design, promote creativity, create more pride in Hoi An specialties in particular and Quang Nam in general to contribute to generating people's income and promoting local economic development.
