Attending the competition night were Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh.

Opening the competition, the Macedos Pirotecnia team from Portugal stirred up the Han River with a lively rock concert with Rock You Like A Hurricane , drawing viewers into a "tornado" of light and music .
Just when the audience thought they had grasped the "flow" of the performance, the team suddenly changed the "tone". The melodious melody of "Love Too Vietnam" rang out, the birds of light flew in the sky, and the series of "sunrise" fireworks spread with emotion. A profound message about love for nature, about a green future began to be told, slowly and thoughtfully.
The following part is a symphony of emotions when Lusitana Paixão, Rio Favo de Mel or even a piece of music from Lacrimosa (Mozart) are remixed, pushing the climax to a climax. Typical pyrotechnic effects such as comets, waterfalls of light, volcanic cannons… take turns painting the sky a vivid world of light, both majestic and delicate.
The highlight is the “dynamic” element of the performance when the series of fireworks ends with a bright titanium flash, creating a stunning “light rain” effect. The entire performance is like a tribute to the majestic beauty of nature and a call to action to protect the green planet.

Meanwhile, the Pyrotex Fireworx team from the UK chose to evoke empathy and connection between people - nature - community.
The team returned to the Han River with a performance that was likened to a poetic cinematic concert called Emotional Waves . With about 8,000 individually designed fireworks, each chapter of the performance was a pillow music, leading the audience from gentleness and romance to excitement and sublimation.
The opening is a quiet space, like a love song written in the middle of the deep ocean. But then suddenly speeds up with a familiar cinematic soundtrack from the 007 - James Bond series, bringing viewers into a world of dramatic action. Immediately after, the atmosphere turns cheerful, close to a series of Vietnamese songs such as Nguoi Hay Thon Em Di (My Tam), Noi Nay Co Anh (Son Tung M-TP) making the whole audience burst into joy, surprised and delighted.
The climax ends with immortal hits such as Canto Della Terra, Live and Let Die, Dancing Queen, Future World Music … all blended into a mesmerizing symphony of fireworks.

Along with the eye-catching fireworks displays, the audience was also immersed in a grandiose art program, elaborately staged, stirring up the atmosphere by the Han River such as: the song "Impromptu Bai Choi" by musician Pham Hong Bien performed by singer To My, Rapper Nam Son, Trung Vuong Dance Group, MTE Dance Group; the songs "Thuy Than" , "May va nui" performed by singer Dong Hung, singer Hong Minh; Saxophone Pham Tai with Trung Vuong Dance Group, and MTE Dance Group brought visitors into a youthful, fun musical space with the song " Feel it still" ; stirring up the stage with the song " Training Season" performed by Lam Bao Ngoc and artists from Trung Vuong Dance Group, MTE Dance Group.
