Urgently review, update and supplement land use planning for Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway Project

The Provincial Land Fund Development Center said that, according to the review, the current centerline of the Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway Project is deviated from the centerline according to the land use planning, in which the largest deviation is about 300m.

Therefore, to ensure the legality of land recovery, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center requests the Provincial People's Committee to direct the People's Committees of communes where land is recovered to coordinate with the Thang Long Project Management Board ( Ministry of Construction ) to urgently review, update and supplement the land use planning to submit to competent authorities for approval.

The Dau Giay - Tan Phu Expressway is over 60km long, starting at Km0+000, the intersection with National Highway 1, connecting with the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay Expressway, in Dau Giay commune; ending at Km60+243.83 (end of the intersection with National Highway 20), connecting with the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Project, in Phu Lam commune. As planned, the project will start construction on August 19.
