TPO - Khanh Hoa province has announced decisions regarding personnel matters, transferring and appointing many key leadership positions in agencies and units throughout the province. Among them, Mr. Vu Ngoc Duong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Chu ward, has been appointed Director of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Education and Training.

On the morning of May 28th, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel matters. Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee decided to transfer Mr. Bui Hoai Nam, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, to work at the Provincial Federation of Labor, holding the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, to be nominated for election as Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

The leaders of Khanh Hoa province presented the decisions and flowers to the officials who were transferred and appointed.

Ms. Nguyen Thanh Van, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office, has been appointed as Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office. Mr. Nguyen Minh Thai, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, has been transferred and appointed to the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and as Secretary of the Ninh Chu Ward Party Committee.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province has also decided to accept, transfer, and appoint Mr. Vu Ngoc Duong - Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Ninh Chu ward - to the position of Director of the Department of Education and Training.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee Ho Xuan Truong congratulated the officials who were transferred and appointed; and expressed confidence that, in their new positions, the officials would continue to strive, develop their abilities, and successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province presented the decision to Mr. Vu Ngoc Duong.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee urged officials to quickly familiarize themselves with their work; build unity and cohesion within the Party committee and government; and promote the leading role of their agencies and units. At the same time, they need to demonstrate competence, a deep understanding of practical realities, modern management thinking, and a spirit of daring to think, daring to act, and daring to take responsibility for the common good.
