Inauguration of 2 projects to welcome Nha Trang Ward Party Congress

On the morning of July 16, at Bich Dam Residential Group (on Hon Tre Island, Nha Trang Ward), the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nha Trang Ward held the inauguration ceremony of the project "Light comes to the island" to welcome the 1st Nha Trang Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Delegates performed the ceremony of placing the inauguration sign for the project "Light comes to the island".

The project “Light to the Island” is a solar energy lighting system, installed on the embankment of Bich Dam Residential Group, including 5 pillars, each pillar is 40m apart, the total length of the road is 200m; the total value of the project is 15 million VND, from the budget and mobilized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward. The project aims to contribute to building a green - clean - beautiful landscape of Nha Trang ward and successfully implementing the project to develop community tourism in a green and sustainable direction in Bich Dam Residential Group.

Delegates visited and presented gifts to Bich Dam Border Guard Station.

*On the same day, at Bich Dam Residential Group, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Nha Trang ward inaugurated the youth project "Green Youth - spreading clean tourism" to welcome the Nha Trang ward Party Congress.

Nha Trang Ward Delegation presented bicycles to Bich Dam Residential Group Youth Union.

Accordingly, the Ward Youth Union presented 3 bicycles as means of livelihood to the Bich Dam Residential Group Youth Union to support union members and youths in participating in building a community tourism model on the island; presented 4 bins for organic and recyclable waste, 4 trash nets to Bich Dam Residential Group; presented 41 school bags to students on the island. The total value of the gifts was 22.5 million VND, from socialized sources, mobilized donors and voluntary contributions of grassroots unions and youth unions under the Ward Youth Union.

Nha Trang Ward delegation donated garbage collection tools and trash cans to Bich Dam Residential Group.

Students were given school bags.

This activity aims to promote the spirit of volunteerism of the ward's youth union members to participate in building a civilized urban area, developing green tourism economy and protecting the marine and island environment.
