(HG) - On the morning of August 7, Hau Giang Provincial Youth Union, Long My District People's Committee, in coordination with Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Club (HREC) organized the inauguration ceremony of Kenh 13 Bridge and Kenh Tac Bridge, in Vinh Vien town, Long My district.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Truong Hoa Binh, former Politburo member, former Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government; Mr. Huynh Phong Tranh, former Party Central Committee member, former Government Inspector General; Mr. Tran Van Huyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Ma Thi Tuoi, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Tran Van Chinh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee...
Provincial leaders presented flowers and certificates of merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to the sponsor of the bridge construction costs.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Club, at the call of comrade Truong Hoa Binh , the Club has sponsored and built Kenh 13 bridge and Kenh Tac bridge in Vinh Vien town, Long My district. Specifically, Kenh 13 bridge is 3m wide, 53m long, load capacity 3.5 tons, with a construction cost of 1.12 billion VND; Kenh Tac bridge is 2.5m wide, 31m long, load capacity 2.5 tons, construction cost 500 million VND. These are 2 of 100 bridges under the 100 People's Bridge Program implemented by the club in many provinces and cities across the country.
Kenh Tac Bridge officially put into use after 2 months of construction.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Giang, Chairman of Long My District People's Committee, said that the Kenh 13 Bridge and Kenh Tac Bridge put into use will help people travel and transport goods smoothly, contributing to gradually perfecting the traffic system in the area. On this occasion, on behalf of Long My District, he respectfully expressed his thanks to comrade Truong Hoa Binh and the sponsors, hoping that in the future, the district will continue to receive more sponsorship with meaningful bridges like this...
Representatives of Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Club presented a symbolic plaque to donate 2 gratitude houses to Long My District Police.
On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented certificates of merit to the representative of the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Club and the sponsor of the bridge construction fund (Mr. Pham Minh Khanh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Jewelry Joint Stock Company). In addition, the Ho Chi Minh City Real Estate Club presented 2 gratitude houses to the Long My District Police, worth 100 million VND.
