DTO - The People's Committee of Phu Long commune, Chau Thanh district has just inaugurated and put into use Phu My 2 bridge (in Phu My hamlet).

The bridge was built with reinforced concrete, 30m long, 3.7m wide, and a load capacity of 2.5 tons. The total cost was over 700 million VND, of which Venerable Thich Minh Hieu - Head of the Social Charity Committee of the Buddhist Sangha of District 1 - Ho Chi Minh City mobilized the Sen Hong Charity Group to support 150 million VND, the rest was matched by the locality. This is the 291st bridge that Venerable Thich Minh Hieu mobilized to build.
