At the inauguration ceremony, Transport Brigade 125, Naval Region 2 offered incense and flowers to commemorate the heroic martyrs of the Ship Without Numbers.

Afterwards, the Organizing Committee cut the ribbon to inaugurate the project to upgrade the monument of the Heroic Martyrs of the Unnumbered Ships in the brigade grounds on the occasion of the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Naval Region 2 (March 19, 2009 - March 19, 2024) and the 36th anniversary of the Gac Ma incident (March 14, 1988 - March 14, 2024).

The monument of the Heroic Martyrs of the Unnumbered Train has been upgraded, the landscape space has been renovated, the concrete piles of the monument have been reinforced, and a new two-sided relief wall has been built with the content recreating the tradition of Brigade 125 and the installation of the Heroic People's Armed Forces Badge and the traditional quote of the Brigade on the two sides of the relief and the lighting system.

According to Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan, Commander of Naval Region 2, the project, when inaugurated and put into use, will create an interconnected space, connecting with the Temple of the Martyrs of the Unnumbered Ships and the Traditional House of Brigade 125.

Since then, it has become a space to educate revolutionary traditions, traditions of the Navy, Naval Region 2, Brigade 125 about heroic examples who sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland and reminding generations of cadres and soldiers to promote the heroic traditions of their fathers and brothers.
