Thanks to his business acumen and current events, Mr. Nguyen Chi Trung has steered the business to constantly grow, gradually developing into other fields. In 2011, the company officially changed its name to Gia Dinh Group Joint Stock Company. Up to now, the company of businessman Nguyen Chi Trung has become a large enterprise in Ho Chi Minh City, operating in many fields: Manufacturing and exporting footwear, raw materials for the footwear industry; renewable energy; industrial real estate and office buildings; logistics services; agriculture ; financial investment, trade and services... operating in many localities across the country. Each year, the company's revenue reaches thousands of billions of VND, creating jobs for 8,000 workers and paying tens of billions of VND to the state budget.

Businessman An Son Lam, born in 1963 (from Tien Lu district), in 1996 after graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering in the Democratic Republic of Germany, he went to Ho Chi Minh City to look for job opportunities, but unexpectedly turned to working as a German tour guide. After nearly 10 years working as a tour guide, accumulating knowledge and capital, in 2005, he decided to establish Dong Duong Sailing Company Limited, operating tourist boats, including food and beverage services, sightseeing on the Saigon River in the city center. From the beginning with only one boat with a capacity of 50 seats, the company gradually developed to 10 large and small tourist boats, becoming the enterprise with the largest number of tourist boats operating in the city center. By 2015, when Ho Chi Minh City rearranged the central area's cruise ship services according to a high-end, high-quality service model, out of the 5 high-end standard cruise ships operated by 4 businesses, 2 were from Indochina Sailing Company Limited, named Hon Ngoc Vien Dong and Nu Hoang Indochina.
Businessman An Son Lam shared: On average, each month, these two cruise ships welcome and serve the dining and sightseeing needs of over 20,000 international and domestic tourists on the Saigon River. It is expected that on the occasion of National Day September 2 this year, the company will continue to launch a new cruise ship named Indochina Star. With many contributions to the city's tourism industry, the company has received many certificates of merit from the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
As a young generation born after the country's reunification, businessman Dao Van Huan, born in 1987 (from Kim Dong district) chose to start a business in Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the major he learned at university. Along with the three businessmen above, in the city named after Uncle Ho, there are many businessmen from Hung Yen who are full of enthusiasm, spirit, confidence, and courage to build increasingly strong careers.
