Accordingly, the company has identified and expected 4 important goals in the project: optimizing the process of gathering, storing, and transferring goods quickly and effectively; supporting the connection of industrial parks in the North, creating favorable conditions for the circulation of goods, especially high-tech industrial centers in the Northern provinces such as Bac Ninh, Bac Giang , Hung Yen; Hanoi, Vinh Phuc...; contributing to reducing logistics costs, increasing the competitiveness of Vietnamese goods and promoting the economic development of Lang Son province in particular and the country in general; building an area to display and introduce products and other comprehensive commercial services to support and promote traditional Vietnamese products to serve the needs of import and export, cultural trade and be a highlight for tourists in the Huu Nghi International Border Gate area.

The goal is to build a logistics center that is not only large in scale, but also modern, applying smart technology, and ensuring environmental friendliness and reducing emissions.

The project of the General Commercial Business Area, warehouse, yard, freight transfer and logistics services after completion will be a modern logistics center, serving the freight transportation needs of Lang Son province and neighboring areas, providing comprehensive and high-quality services in freight forwarding, warehousing, etc.

It is known that the investment project is built on an area of ​​nearly 70,000 m2, with a total investment of more than 320 billion VND. When put into operation, it will maximize the advantages of geographical location, natural conditions, domestic and foreign international services as the core to promote socio-economic development for the Border Gate Economic Zone of Lang Son province. Accordingly, immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony, the investor will focus on constructing 6 works serving logistics activities such as a product display building, combined with a 3-storey office management house with a construction area of ​​more than 1,100 m3; a customs supervision warehouse system; a goods transfer house on an area of ​​about more than 3.4 hectares and other auxiliary works such as an internal traffic system, parking lot, domestic water tank, transformer station... on an area of ​​about 3.5 hectares.

Overview of the project invested on an area of ​​6.9 hectares

The project, when operational, will provide the following main services:

Logistics services business:

- Organize transportation and shipping of goods from manufacturers to consumers in various forms; Collect/deliver goods and containers to shippers.

- Distribute goods to different addresses, keep goods ready to go when requested by customers (inventory level).

- Temporary storage of goods and containers while waiting for customs inspection and waiting for sending/receiving goods.

- Loading/emptying shared-owner or single-owner containers in cases where there are no conditions for transportation or import-export procedures at factories or industrial parks.

Providing bonded warehouse services - customs inspection:

- Transporting goods from border gates to bonded warehouses and vice versa.

- Consumption brokerage for goods stored in bonded warehouses; Inspection and insurance brokerage. Recycling, reinforcing packaging, repackaging, maintenance and repair of goods; these types of services must be performed in bonded warehouses and under customs supervision.

- Carry out procedures for transit of goods; Carry out customs inspection and quarantine procedures for imported and exported goods entering and leaving bonded warehouses.
