Hoa Hoi Commune (new) is a locality merged from 3 communes: Hoa Thanh, Hoa Hoi and Bien Gioi. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Phi, residing in Hiep Phuoc Hamlet (formerly part of the old Hoa Hoi Commune), expressed his support: “I regularly follow closely the policies of the Party and State on merging administrative units. In my opinion, this is a correct policy, suitable for the actual situation - streamlining the apparatus, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of management”.
Mr. Phi especially expects the new government to work more methodically and scientifically , especially in quickly handling administrative procedures for the people, helping to reduce the burden of travel and waiting time.

On the local government side, Mr. Nguyen Dong Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Hoi commune affirmed that the merger policy is a key political task, especially important for a border commune. The commune has urgently promoted, reviewed the apparatus, facilities and personnel to ensure the merger process takes place smoothly. Although there were initial concerns about data connection or changes in administrative boundaries, Mr. Dung believes in the leadership and consensus of the people.
"We expect that after the merger, Hoa Hoi commune will have more motivation and new impulses to develop more comprehensively, and people's lives will be increasingly improved," Mr. Dung shared.

Mr. Truong Van Tuan, in charge of the One-Stop Department - Hoa Hoi Commune Public Administration Service Center, said that the province and district have organized training courses for him to improve his professional qualifications.
Mr. Tuan expressed his determination: "When I officially work at the new headquarters, I can apply the knowledge I have been trained in before into practice, guiding people to complete related procedures quickly and effectively."
Sharing the same view, Ms. Vo Thi Thuy Ngan - an officer at the Hoa Hoi Commune Public Administration Service Center said that she and her colleagues are getting acquainted with a modern public administration center, where all processes are geared towards digitalization. "This job requires each officer to both handle professional work, quickly master technology, and explain and guide people to understand related procedures and documents," Ms. Ngan shared.
Ms. Ngan affirmed that civil servants at the Commune Administrative Service Center will try their best to support people in carrying out administrative procedures with correct content, sufficient components, within the prescribed time, taking people's satisfaction as a measure of work efficiency, contributing to building trust and connection between the government and people in border areas.
The first working day of the new commune-level government is a premise for the socio -economic development of the locality in the coming time. Although there are still challenges ahead, with the trust and consensus of the government and the people, it promises a new stage of development that is more effective and transparent in border localities such as Hoa Hoi./.
