On October 15, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (PCCC and CNCH), Tay Ninh Provincial Police organized a fire fighting and rescue plan practice with the participation of many forces and vehicles at VMC Hoang Gia Company Limited (Thanh Dien Ward, Tay Ninh Province).

According to the hypothetical situation, a fire broke out at the finished product warehouse of Factory B of VMC Hoang Gia Company Limited. The cause was an electrical equipment failure leading to a short circuit, causing the fire. The fire caught on the finished product containers, causing the fire. The flammable material was packaging such as carton boxes, nylon, leather shoes, sports shoes, pallets, wooden or plastic shelves, etc.

The fire is at risk of spreading to surrounding areas and items because the automatic fire alarm and fire extinguishing system in the warehouse area is under maintenance and is not working, so the fire is likely to spread throughout the entire factory.

Suppose there are 50 people in the area where the fire broke out; in the storage area there are 5 people who were suffocated by smoke while evacuating the containers inside the warehouse and were unable to escape on their own.

The fire fighting exercise is conducted in 4 phases. In which, the head of the facility mobilizes forces and means on the spot to carry out initial rescue activities: Fire alarm; power cut, evacuation instructions; rescue people and property; fire fighting, prevent fire spread. At the same time, report the fire information to the Fire Police Department and Rescue Department to support fire fighting and rescue.
