Social insurance and health insurance policies are not only a tool to ensure social security but also one of the important institutions that demonstrate the humane nature of our State. Enterprises seriously fulfilling their payment obligations is a manifestation of social responsibility and modern management culture, focusing on people.

In the context of a volatile labor market, implementing social insurance policies well also helps businesses stabilize their human resources, enhance their reputation, and move towards sustainable development. On the contrary, late payment and evasion of payment not only violate the law but also directly affect the long-term rights of employees, reducing trust and sustainability of labor relations.
According to statistics from the provincial Social Insurance, the total revenue from social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance (SI) in September 2025 reached 485 billion VND, the accumulated amount in the first 9 months of the year reached 3,273 billion VND, equivalent to 73.56% of the plan assigned by Vietnam Social Insurance in 2025. The total debt of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance is 178 billion VND, accounting for 4.02% of the total receivables; of which the debt arising with interest is 124 billion VND, equivalent to 2.79%, achieving the debt reduction target assigned by Vietnam Social Insurance in the third quarter of 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Tien - Head of the Department of Collection Management and Subject Development, Ha Tinh Social Insurance said: "In recent years, the awareness of compliance with the law on social insurance and health insurance of enterprises in the area has had many positive changes. The fact that many enterprises proactively and voluntarily participate and pay according to regulations for employees not only helps ensure rights but also contributes to stabilizing the labor market and strengthening social security.
Over the past time, the provincial Social Insurance sector has always encouraged and commended businesses that have implemented policies well, considering them as the core force in building a healthy working environment and sustainable development. We hope that good models and practices will continue to be replicated, so that social insurance and health insurance policies truly become a support for both employees and businesses."
At Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (HADIPHAR), there are currently 565 employees working in a stable environment, fully paying social insurance and health insurance with a total amount of about 1 billion VND per month. Pharmacist Pham Huu Ky - Deputy General Director of HADIPHAR shared: "We always identify people as the greatest asset, the decisive factor for the long-term existence and development of the enterprise. If we want employees to stay long-term, first of all, we must make them feel secure about their income and social security. Since its establishment, the company has never had any outstanding social insurance and health insurance debts. Every year, we review and adjust the contribution level in accordance with income, ensuring the rights of employees."

Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet - a worker in the Packing Team said: "Working here for more than 20 years, I have always had the company pay full social insurance and health insurance. Thanks to that, when I am sick, on maternity leave or have an unexpected job, I do not have to worry much. We feel secure and attached because we are taken care of both in terms of work and long-term benefits." Ms. Tuyet's story is proof of the practical benefits when businesses implement social insurance policies well, helping workers stabilize their lives, while businesses retain a skilled and committed workforce.
Every business, regardless of size, has one thing in common, which is the awareness of putting the interests of employees first. With Ha Tinh Automobile Transport Joint Stock Company, despite operating in a specific field, the unit still strives to maintain full participation in social insurance and health insurance for employees. Currently, 191/228 employees of the company are participating in social insurance and health insurance.

Mr. Pham Tuan Anh, Deputy Head of Organization and Administration Department, said: “The nature of transportation activities sometimes faces difficulties, but the company always prioritizes funding to pay social insurance on time. As of September, the unit has paid more than 2.5 billion VND in social insurance and health insurance, ensuring benefits for employees. We always strive to fully implement the policy because that not only helps employees feel secure at work but also helps businesses strengthen trust and retain skilled personnel.”
Good implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies is a measure of the management capacity and development vision of enterprises in the new era, an era in which growth is only sustainable when linked to human welfare. Each enterprise that is proactive and responsible today is contributing to creating a fair and solid social security system for the future of the country.
