General Secretary To Lam attends the 18th Hanoi Party Congress

With the theme "Promoting the thousand-year-old tradition of civilization and heroism; uniting to build a clean and strong Party organization; pioneering and making breakthroughs in the new era; developing a civilized, modern and happy Capital", on the morning of October 16, 2025, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030 officially opened with the participation of 550 delegates representing nearly 500,000 party members of 136 party organizations under the Hanoi Party Committee.
