The survey delegation of the Legal Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council worked in Tan Uyen ward.

Responding to the proposal of local representatives on urgently dispatching officials in charge of managing construction and urban order to wards, Ms. Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council, said that the city has a plan and will soon implement it in the near future.

A representative of Vinh Tan ward said that the policy of sending officials to manage construction and urban order down to the commune level is reasonable at the present time. However, the officials must be present in the locality regularly to promote work efficiency.
