Launching the iHRP Human Resources Management Software System Implementation Project

The iHRP Human Resources Management software system is an integrated program for managing human resources from recruitment, management, training, and development, with many superior features, aiming to manage human resource data synchronously and effectively across the entire GELEX Group system.
On the afternoon of October 31st, at GELEX Group headquarters, the launch program for the iHRP Human Resource Management Software System Implementation Project took place, with the participation of senior management representatives from GELEX Group andFPT Group. The iHRP Human Resource Management Software System was developed and continuously upgraded for nearly 20 years by FPT IS Company Limited and a team of experienced experts. GELEX's implementation of the iHRP Human Resource Management Software System will help improve the efficiency of centralized human resource management within the GELEX system, while also assessing the needs and priority functions in GELEX's digital transformation roadmap to ensure the scientific application of information technology in production, business operations, and management. The project consists of two phases: Phase 1: Implementation of the core module and integration (2024); Phase 2: Implementation of payroll, bonuses, insurance, taxes, training, and advanced modules (2025). Scope of implementation includes GELEX, GELEX Electric, GELEX Infrastructure, Viwasupco, and subsidiary companies under GELEX Electric.
Mr. Le Tuan Anh – Deputy General Director of GELEX Group and Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh – General Director of FPT IS both committed to the project's success.
Speaking at the launch ceremony, Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Deputy General Director of GELEX Group, said: “We chose FPT as our partner to implement the project because of their experience and reputation in human resource management in Vietnam. Currently, GELEX has nearly 10,000 employees and more than 50 member companies. We always consider human resource development as a valuable asset of the company. Good human resource management is a key factor in achieving efficiency in production and business.” Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh, General Director of FPT IS, expressed his gratitude to the GELEX Group leadership for choosing and trusting FPT to implement the project. “We aim to bring management expertise from large corporations in Vietnam, especially in the context of a complex structure with many member companies and diversified operations. The ultimate goal is to create a modern, efficient working environment that provides an excellent experience for employees and contributes positively to GELEX's future development,” Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh shared. To ensure smooth project implementation and timely completion, both parties established a Project Team. On GELEX's side, the Project Team comprises key personnel from the Group and its member companies within the project's scope.

The implementation of the iHRP Human Resources Management Software System project is expected to help GELEX optimize its human resources management, save time and costs, and improve efficiency. Simultaneously, it will optimize management and enhance the effective utilization of human resources information, contributing to new values in corporate governance and business operations.
