The MAYBE event marks a step of expanding cooperation between FPT and Vietnam Airlines , from the field of technology to the field of corporate culture.

This is the first time the two sides have deployed an interactive experiential exchange model, combining technology and practical activities to create conditions for employees to get to know, talk and understand each other.

The event gathered 100FPT and Vietnam Airlines employees aged 24-35 at Campus Hola Park, Hoa Lac. At the program, young people experienced the MAYBE application developed by FPT specifically for the event, supporting interaction in the form of compatibility and open connection.

Outdoor experiential activities, emotional interaction stations and end-of-session networking programs create a new, intimate and more deeply engaging journey than traditional forms of exchange.

The MAYBE event marks a step forward in expanding cooperation between FPT and Vietnam Airlines, from the field of technology to the field of corporate culture. Previously, the two sides have worked together on many digital transformation projects and improved operational efficiency.

MAYBE continues to be seen as a practical experiment in strengthening human connections, which is considered an important factor to improve coordination efficiency in projects, joint activities and in multi-ecosystem working environments.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of FPT, Mr. Truong Gia Binh shared that FPT and Vietnam Airlines have had a cooperative relationship since the 1990s, when FPT was first established, very close and affectionate. With that close relationship, FPT really wants the two families to "marry". The MAYBE program is designed to give FPT staff and partners more opportunities to find harmony, sharing and happiness.

“Vietnam Airlines always considers people as the center of its corporate culture development strategy. The MAYBE event implemented with FPT is not only experiential but also creates conditions for the two sides' teams to understand each other better, coordinate better and build a sustainable working environment based on respect, openness and understanding,” said Mr. Nguyen Chien Thang - Deputy General Director of Vietnam Airlines.

To develop sustainable human resources, FPT always focuses on building a diverse "common home", including many generations, nationalities and ethnicities. Persistently on the journey to become a "Happy Workplace", FPT creates conditions for employees to learn, develop themselves, develop long-term careers and have a happy life "full of material, rich in spirit" through a series of breakthrough and different programs and policies such as: "Settling down and working - Long-term commitment" policy to support employees in buying houses and cars; Programs and policies for employees' relatives, especially focusing on the FPT Small group, Parents' Day...

Vietnam Airlines aims to create a working environment where each employee is respected, recognized and has the opportunity for long-term development. In its corporate culture orientation, the airline identifies that the quality of human resources comes not only from professional competence but also from the cohesion and cooperative spirit of individuals.

In recent years, Vietnam Airlines has implemented many activities aimed at employees, from capacity development training programs, internal dialogues to cultural activities and collective engagement. These are important factors contributing to maintaining corporate identity and strengthening pride in the working environment.

Following the same direction, MAYBE is considered a new approach to create more space for the young teams of the two companies to interact and understand each other better, thereby effectively supporting the work coordination process. This event demonstrates Vietnam Airlines' efforts in continuing to build a humane, modern and cohesive corporate culture.

Over the years, FPT has accompanied Vietnam Airlines in many key digital transformation projects, contributing significantly to helping Vietnam's leading airline improve operational efficiency, optimize processes and improve customer experience. The initiative to "pair" young personnel of the two sides through the MAYBE event not only marks the expansion of cooperation into the cultural field but also strengthens the long-term strategic partnership between the two sides.
