In Long An ward (Tay Ninh province), the ward's Steering Committee and the Project 06 Task Force have urged departments, agencies, and the entire political system to implement the tasks of Project 06.
Administrative procedures are publicly and transparently listed; experienced professional staff are assigned to assist citizens in registering and activating electronic identity accounts, integrating personal documents into the VNeID application, and guiding citizens and businesses in effectively using the online public service portal; procedures such as permanent and temporary residence registration, vehicle registration and license plate issuance, issuance of criminal record certificates, electronic health records, electronic identity verification, etc.

Mr. Tran Van Tha (residing in Long An ward) came to the ward police station to complete the procedures for obtaining a vehicle license plate. Mr. Tha expressed his satisfaction that the administrative procedures were carried out quickly and clearly, without needing to bring as many documents as before; the officers also provided thorough guidance.
Lieutenant Colonel Truong Nhat Minh, Head of the Administrative Police Department for Social Order, Tay Ninh Provincial Police, stated: "The implementation of Project No. 06/CP is a key step in creating a service-oriented administration, aiming to build a digital society, digital citizens, and ensure security and order at the grassroots level."

The provincial Social Insurance agency has implemented a comprehensive system for checking health insurance information using chip-embedded citizen identification cards (CCCD) at 100% of medical facilities throughout the province. Many medical facilities in Tay Ninh have adopted biometric kiosks for registering for health insurance-covered medical examinations and treatments by directly connecting to the electronic identification system via chip-embedded CCCD. People only need to present their CCCD to the kiosk, and the system will automatically recognize their face, connect to health insurance data, and print a queue number for the examination room.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Sau, a resident of Khanh Hau ward, shared: "Previously, when going to the doctor, I had to bring my health insurance card and identity card. Sometimes, if I forgot something, I had to go back to get it. Now, I just need to present my chip-embedded citizen identification card at the registration counter. They scan the code and return the card to me immediately, in less than 2 minutes."

The banking sector in the province has also achieved impressive results in socio-economic development and in supporting businesses during the implementation of Project 06.
Specifically, the exploitation and use of national population data serves the development of account services (including opening payment accounts; verifying payments; cross-checking customer information, and cleaning accounts).
Furthermore, diverse, convenient, fast, secure, and efficient electronic payment products and services have helped businesses and individuals reduce transaction costs and make payments quickly and promptly, thereby improving the efficiency of capital utilization for businesses and customers.
Project 06 is one of the key strategies aimed at building a modern, transparent administrative system that better serves citizens and businesses.
