However, the Management Board of Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area requires visitors to register their personal information before climbing the mountain at the Management Board's security checkpoint. Climbing hours are from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

To ensure the safety of tourists and protect the environment and natural landscape, the Management Board requests that tourists refrain from using prohibited substances or items that pose a risk of fire or explosion within the tourist area; it strictly prohibits the cutting down or destruction of forest trees and fruit trees within the tourist area, any actions that negatively impact the forest environment as stipulated in the 2017 Forestry Law, and littering throughout the journey to conquer Mount Ba Den.

Currently, the work of removing and dismantling the power cable system along the Power Pole Road is still underway. The Management Board advises groups and individuals organizing mountain climbing trips to be mindful and prepare well to ensure their own safety.

In case of needing guidance or encountering difficulties or unexpected accidents, tourists can contact the hotline of the Rescue Team of the Ba Den Mountain National Tourist Area Management Board at 0276.387.5678 for 24/7 support and rescue.

The Management Board will coordinate with relevant agencies to regularly inspect and monitor, resolutely prevent and handle violations in order to build a safe, healthy, and civilized tourism environment.

Previously, due to heavy rain and complex weather conditions, the Ba Den mountain area faced a high risk of landslides, rockfalls, and slippery roads that could endanger the lives and property of tourists and locals. Therefore, the Management Board announced the temporary suspension of mountain climbing and camping activities in the Ba Den Mountain Cultural and Historical Forest Area from October 1, 2025 to the present.

Mount Ba Den, 986 meters high, is known as the "roof of Southern Vietnam" and is an iconic destination of Tay Ninh province. It is the province's largest tourist attraction thanks to its outstanding tourist features. The modern cable car system shortens travel time to the summit, allowing visitors quick access to the unique and large-scale spiritual sites in the South. In addition, the comprehensively invested tourism infrastructure and services have made the Mount Ba Den National Tourist Area a consistently attractive destination, with annual visitors exceeding 5 million. By 2025, Tay Ninh's tourism is estimated to reach 7.1 million visitors, a 14.5% increase, generating over 4,400 billion VND in revenue, a 40.5% increase; with the Mount Ba Den National Tourist Area continuing to assert its leading role in the province's tourism growth.
