The event brought together leading experts in blockchain, data security, finance, digital assets, and many domestic and international technology companies.
The program aims to reach one million learners nationwide by 2026 to enhance digital skills, strengthen user protection, and promote the transparent and sustainable development of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
The program is also seen as an important preparatory step for the launch of the Vietnam International Finance Center in Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to building competency standards, safety standards, and high-quality human resources for the digital finance market in the new phase.

At the event, Mr. Le Thanh Hai, Director of the Center for Economic Application Consulting, Ho Chi Minh City Institute for Development Research, stated that the program aims to provide practical knowledge such as: how to protect digital assets, manage private keys, prevent fraud and cyberattacks; and compliance standards for KYC/AML (know your customer/anti-money laundering) according to new regulations.
At the same time, it helps users gain a proper understanding of the risks and opportunities in the cryptocurrency market. This contributes to the formation of a responsible and professional user community.
According to Master's degree holder Le Thanh Hai, equipping businesses and citizens with digital capabilities will be a core foundation for Ho Chi Minh City to move closer to its goal of building a Vietnamese international financial center. In this context, crypto assets and digital financial infrastructure will play an increasingly important role.

At the event, experts emphasized that the implementation of the "Digital Asset Popularization" program, themed "Security and Compliance for Crypto assets," has strategic significance, not only enhancing the capabilities of businesses, organizations, and potential investors, but also contributing to standardizing awareness, behavior, and safety standards for the entire digital asset market.
