Agencies have promoted propaganda and mobilized cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to actively respond to emulation movements. The Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee proactively grasped the situation, presided over, advised, and proposed to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to direct the handling of 24 complicated and prominent incidents and issues related to security and order occurring in the province.

On the side of the Provincial Party Committee Office, it has advised on amending and promulgating the Provincial Party Committee's Working Regulations, Regulations on unified management of foreign affairs activities in the province; coordinated in advising and preparing well the content to serve the 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th Provincial Party Committee Conferences and the activities of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee...

The units unanimously elected the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to assume the position of Block Leader in 2025; the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission as Deputy Block Leader. At the same time, they signed the emulation agreement for 2025.

The emulation bloc of the provincial Party agencies also proposed to reward 4 units with outstanding achievements. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee was proposed to the Provincial People's Committee to award the Emulation Flag; proposed to award Certificates of Merit of the Provincial People's Committee to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
