Prosecuted young man who stabbed police officer and set fire to a house

The Investigation Police Agency of Thu Dau Mot City Police, Binh Duong Province, announced this morning (April 22) that it has just issued a decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused and issue an order to temporarily detain the accused Hoang Minh Hai (born in 1984, residing in Ho Chi Minh City) to investigate the acts of "resisting a person on duty", "intentionally causing injury" and "destroying property".

According to initial investigation, at noon on March 29, Hoang Minh Hai showed signs of being high on drugs, holding a homemade knife and threatening and attacking people on Tran Van On Street (Phu Hoa Ward, Thu Dau Mot City), causing many people to panic.

At this time, the patrol force of Phu Hoa Ward Police promptly arrived to control and take this person to the ward police headquarters on Phu Loi Street for questioning.

While working in the police station, Hai suddenly pulled out a knife he had hidden on his person, stabbed a police officer, injured him, and then ran outside.

Next, Hai ran into a nearby house that was used as a grocery store, threatened, opened the gas tank, and lit a fire, burning the goods inside.

Seeing the big fire, Hai ran out and hid in a bush but was discovered and arrested by local people and police.
