Li-ning Vietnam International Series 2025 Badminton Tournament Kicks Off

On October 21, the first matches of the Li-ning Vietnam International Series 2025 took place at the Ninh Binh Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium. The event was organized by the Vietnam Badminton Federation in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh Province.

Within the framework of the Badminton World Federation BWF tournament system, the 2nd Li-ning Vietnam International Series 2025 was held in Vietnam.

This year, the tournament brings together nearly 300 professional athletes from 19 countries and territories, including: Australia, Canada, the US, Cook Islands, Germany, Indonesia, India, Japan, Kazakhstan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, North Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, UAE, Venezuela and host team Vietnam.

The matches take place in 5 categories: men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles and mixed doubles.

The Li-ning Vietnam International Series 2025 is an important international tournament, providing badminton players around the world with the opportunity to compete and accumulate points. The results and scores of participating players will be recorded and accumulated in the BWF system, providing opportunities for players to improve their rankings.

This is also an opportunity for athletes to interact, learn and exchange experiences; strengthen solidarity, contribute to further promoting the development of badminton in Vietnam, as well as the sports movement in the community.

The tournament promises to bring the audience many dramatic and exciting matches.

According to Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Ninh Binh province, in order to organize the tournament effectively, the Organizing Committee has carefully prepared the material conditions, ensuring safety for the tournament. At the same time, he requested the comrades in the Organizing Committee and the referees to promote their sense of responsibility, work seriously, objectively, impartially and accurately; the athletes compete with all their might, with the spirit of noble sportsmanship, demonstrating their skillful technical and tactical skills to dedicate to the audience and fans good matches with the highest professional quality.

The tournament will take place until October 26 and will be broadcast live on the media channels of Li-ning brand and other co-sponsors; in particular, the final match will be broadcast live on VTVcab.
