Golf Club Championship - Tan Son Nhat Cup Competition Begins

Mr. Tran Minh Phuoc - Head of the Organizing Committee said that the Tournament brings together 32 leading golf clubs, where team spirit, tactics and techniques are pushed to the highest level, promising to create unprecedentedly intense competitions.

Golfers are about to have another large-scale and professional tournament to show themselves.

The tournament stands out with its flexible and attractive competition format: the group stage is Stroke Play (strokes), the knockout round includes Single Match and Foursome, and the final combines Fourball and Single Match, creating a multi-faceted competition journey, requiring both technique and team spirit.

The group stage of the 2025 Tan Son Nhat Cup Golf Club Championship will take place in May and June 2025, bringing together 32 clubs and dividing them into 8 groups. Four teams in each group will compete in a knockout format in stroke play. The total score of 12 members of each team will be the basis for selecting two teams representing each group to enter the knockout round.

In this round, the top two teams of Group 1 will compete against two teams representing Group 2, similarly for the remaining pairs of groups, the competition format is single match and foursome. The four teams with the best results will participate in the final ranking round, taking place in mid-August 2025.

Not only is each match exciting, the tournament also leaves a strong impression with a total prize of up to 2 billion VND, attracting a lot of attention from the golfer community nationwide. The champions will receive a trophy worth 50 million VND, a set of gold medals, gifts and a free golf tour to Phu Quoc tourist island. The second and third teams will also receive corresponding prizes.
