Accordingly, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province directed that provincial departments, branches and sectors; People's Committees of districts and cities do not submit or report work under their authority to the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

In addition, districts and cities must not abuse the use of consulting provincial departments, agencies and branches to avoid responsibility. Urgently review tasks and work to promptly consider and decide according to authority and within the time limit prescribed by law, especially those tasks that have been delayed or prolonged. Absolutely do not allow shirking or avoiding responsibility.

In particular, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province directed to strengthen the inspection of public service activities, especially surprise inspections. Timely review, replace or transfer to other jobs for officials and civil servants with weak capacity, who do not dare to do, avoid, push away, lack responsibility, delay and do not meet the requirements of the work assigned by competent authorities.

In case of shirking, evasion, lack of responsibility leading to delay or failure to decide on issues and tasks within the authority, the responsibility of the relevant collective and individuals must be reviewed and handled in accordance with regulations. Strictly handle acts of harassment, annoyance, corruption, and negativity.

At the same time, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province requested timely and appropriate commendation and rewards for agencies, units, cadres and civil servants who are determined in performing their duties, completing their tasks well, daring to speak, daring to think, daring to do, being proactive and creative for the common good; cadres and civil servants, shortening the time to process work and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of direction, administration and implementation of public duties.
