Today (October 20), the cold air mass will continue to strengthen and affect Hai Phong city. Due to the influence of the cold air mass, there will be no rain in Hai Phong area.

On October 21-22, the cold air will continue to strengthen, the Hai Phong area will have cold nights and mornings. The lowest temperature is commonly 19-21°C. On land, the northeast wind is level 2-3.

At sea, in the Gulf of Tonkin (including the sea area of Bach Long Vi special zone), the northeast wind gradually increases to level 6, then increases to level 7, gusting to level 8 - 9, rough sea, waves from 1.5 - 2.5m high. The sea area of Do Son, Cat Hai - Lan Ha Bay has northeast wind level 3 - 4, waves from 0.25 - 0.75m high.
