With a spirit of innovation and high responsibility, delegates discussed enthusiastically, frankly, democratically and unanimously, passing important documents including the Political Report, the Review Report of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee and the Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The Congress conducted an objective and comprehensive assessment of the outstanding results of the past term; frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings; analyzed the causes and drew five profound lessons.
According to comrade Nguyen Duy Lam, Secretary of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, the documents adopted at the Congress are the crystallization of wisdom, carefully and meticulously prepared, demonstrating the will and aspirations of the entire Party Committee and people of Ha Tinh province; are a profound summary of the five-year implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; at the same time, creatively applying, in accordance with the local practical situation, the viewpoints, policies and guidelines of the Party in the new period.
The Congress unanimously set out 31 specific targets, identified 5 key tasks, 3 breakthroughs and focused on implementing 17 main groups of solutions.
Promoting the spirit of democracy and innovation, ensuring compliance with the Party's principles, the Congress elected 55 comrades to join the 20th Provincial Party Executive Committee.
At the first conference, the 20th Provincial Party Executive Committee elected 15 comrades to the Provincial Party Standing Committee; elected comrade Nguyen Duy Lam to hold the position of Provincial Party Secretary, comrade Nguyen Hong Linh and comrade Vo Trong Hai to hold the position of Deputy Provincial Party Secretaries; elected the Inspection Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
The Congress elected a delegation of 21 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates, representing the intelligence and solidarity of more than 100,000 party members of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee to attend the 14th National Congress of the Party.
According to comrade Nguyen Duy Lam, Ha Tinh province is facing many new opportunities and chances, with an increasingly expanding development space; the two-level local government apparatus is close to the people, serving the people and businesses better.

The Resolution of this Congress has determined the goal that by 2030, Ha Tinh will build a clean and strong Party and political system; develop the economy rapidly and sustainably with synchronous and modern industry, agriculture and services; and complete the infrastructure system, gradually meeting development requirements.
Proactively adapt to climate change, protect the environment; promote cultural values and high-quality human resources; accelerate digital transformation, expand foreign relations, strengthen national defense and security. Continuously improve people's material and spiritual life and health.
