To achieve the highest efficiency in his work, Mr. Linh actively researches and continuously learns to improve his professional skills. When he discovers limitations, he researches and proposes solutions to solve them.

In particular, he initiated the creation of a device like a laser beam that can accurately locate by attaching it to a heat press, aligning the position on the pattern with the laser beam, from which the correct position is determined on the auxiliary material and directly put into the press and ironed to shape, contributing to reducing the steps, time and labor involved; at the same time, the label alignment position is highly accurate and can be done quickly.

Mr. Linh shared: “Applying this initiative helps improve productivity, quality and increase product quantity, meeting the increasing needs of customers. The initiative helps save costs and benefits the company 360 million VND/year, thereby increasing annual profits, improving income , and improving the lives of workers and laborers in the company”.

In addition, Mr. Linh also successfully implemented the feather blowing machine initiative. According to Mr. Linh, feather products have small details that only require 0.5g of feathers, which cannot be stuffed manually or using specialized equipment. Therefore, he researched and created an additional feather blowing machine for each detail of the product, no matter how small the detail is, the amount of feathers is small, just press the pedal to suck all the feathers into the product. This initiative helps improve productivity, quality and increase the number of products for the company; at the same time, save costs and benefit the company 370 million VND/year.

To make the above two initiatives highly effective, I promoted a high working spirit, self-study, research, and study every detail and every solution to put the initiative into practice. At the beginning of implementing the innovation, the products were not beautiful or of good quality, but I was still determined not to give up and was encouraged by the Company's Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the Company's grassroots Trade Union to overcome the remaining errors.

After several fixes, the product achieved quality and met the standards required by customers. My initiatives were effectively applied in production, highly appreciated by the Company's Board of Directors and awarded at all levels such as the Creative Labor Certificate in 2024 from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor , Certificate of Merit for Excellent Workers and Laborers in 2025 from the Provincial People's Committee. I feel very proud and happy - Mr. Linh confided.

Not stopping there, Mr. Linh continues to strive to improve his professional qualifications, professional skills and work with a spirit of innovation and creativity./.
