Inspecting compensation and site clearance work for 6 projects

These are the Ho Son Lake Project and surrounding infrastructure; the social housing land project belonging to the Urban Residential Area Project adjacent to the North of Tran Phu Street; the land for the Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital Project; the coastal road of Phu Yen province, the section connecting Tuy An district with Tuy Hoa city (phase 1); the technical infrastructure of the residential area south of the new urban area South of Tuy Hoa city; the central park area belonging to the new urban area South of Tuy Hoa city.

On the afternoon of June 19, Comrade Bui Thanh Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Tuy Hoa City Party Committee and Chairman of Tuy Hoa City People's Committee Cao Dinh Huy, together with representatives of specialized departments and offices of the city, had a field inspection of compensation and site clearance work for projects being implemented in the city.

Accordingly, the Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital Project has handed over 100% of the site to the investor. The social housing land project of the Urban Residential Area Project adjacent to the North of Tran Phu Street is committed to handing over before June 30. The remaining projects will be handed over to new wards after July 1. In particular, the Ho Son Lake and surrounding infrastructure project has 4 cases with an area of ​​753m² corresponding to a length of 35m (within the scope of Tran Suyen Street located to the East of the project) that have not yet handed over the site, the city will take steps to mobilize and enforce according to the provisions of law.
