The central report at the inspection said that in the past time, Division 324 has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the directives and plans of the Ministry of National Defense, the Steering Committee for Administrative Reform and Digital Transformation of the Ministry of National Defense on promoting administrative reform and digital transformation; strictly implemented the direction of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on thoroughly grasping and implementing the Resolutions at all levels on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and digital transformation in the Army.

Up to now, the administrative reform and modernization work of the Division has had many positive changes, with many contents and tasks being well completed.

The working group inspected contents such as leadership and direction of administrative reform and digital transformation implementation at agencies and units; results of information technology application in management, operation, training, combat readiness and logistics and technical assurance; construction and completion of a shared database system; digitization of records, documents and work processes; construction and use of specialized management software; propaganda and training of knowledge and digital transformation skills for officers and employees.

The working group inspected the system of books and documents related to administrative reform and digital transformation.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Tung Hung acknowledged and commended the efforts, attempts and results in administrative reform and modernization of Division 324.

Major General Nguyen Tung Hung requested Division 324 to continue to promote education, dissemination, and make profound changes in the awareness and responsibility of Party committees and commanders at all levels about the position, significance, role, and urgency of administrative reform and digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 3488-NQ/QUTW of the Central Military Commission on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation in the Army; further improve the quality of leadership, direction, and administration of administrative reform and digital transformation; strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in the process of command, management, operation, training, combat readiness, and performance of tasks at agencies and units.
