At the same time, he requested the communes to overcome the shortcomings and limitations that the working group discussed; improve the professional qualifications and sense of responsibility of the staff, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology noted that communes must comply with regulations from October 1, 2025, and Public Administration Service Centers will not accept paper documents for 25 essential public services. People can complete administrative procedures online to save time and money.
