Accordingly, on the morning of September 8, the People's Committee of Hanh Thong Ward organized an inspection at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic, at the same time with the Inspection Team of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health , thereby combining to record the activities at this facility according to the minutes of the City Department of Health.
Legal documents include: Business registration certificate of Tuyet Chinh Dental Company Limited (first issued on September 15, 2022, business registration number 0317475115), legally represented by Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Chinh; License for medical examination and treatment (KCB) No. 7501/HCM-GPHD issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health on April 24, 2019, the person in charge of professional expertise is Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Chinh; Certificate of practice of KCB No. 8224/DNAI-CCHN issued by the Dong Nai Department of Health on May 7, 2014, issued to Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Chinh - maxillofacial doctor.

The inspection team initially commented that the clinic showed signs of not ensuring technical expertise and approved facilities, and did not ensure that the practicing staff had a Practice License/Certificate of Practice in Medical Examination and Treatment and were registered to practice at the Department of Health.
The inspection team requested the clinic to temporarily suspend its medical examination and treatment activities until the case was resolved. At the same time, the clinic was required to provide a written explanation of the facility's operations; and to provide any missing documents as requested by the inspection team. The facility was only allowed to post advertisements for medical examination and treatment services in accordance with the approved technical list.
Previously, at 4:30 p.m. on September 3, Ms. Nguyen Thi TT (born in 1994, residing in village 9, Ea Bhok commune, Dak Lak province) went to Hanh Thong ward police station to report that she was assaulted at Tuyet Chinh Dental Clinic.
Afterwards, Hanh Thong Ward Police verified that Ms. TT was in a scuffle that caused scratches on her neck, arms, shoulders, headaches, and damaged her phone and glasses; Ms. TT had to go to Hoan My Hospital for treatment. Hanh Thong Ward Police received and established an investigation file, verified and clarified the act of intentionally causing injury and other acts (if any) to handle according to regulations.
