BHG - To strengthen the prevention and fight against corruption, waste and negativity (TNLPTC) in conjunction with completing the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus and administrative units at all levels of the political system, our province has closely directed, strengthened inspection and supervision, and resolutely prevented TNLPTC from occurring in personnel work and in the arrangement and use of headquarters and public assets of agencies, units and localities.

Currently, agencies, units and organizations in the province are managing and using 4,875 offices and public service facilities with a total land area of ​​over 7,100,569 m2 and houses of over 2,220,647 m2. Based on the directives, resolutions and regulations of the Politburo and the Government on power control; prevention and combat of corruption in the management and use of public finance and assets; on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient; our province organizes to thoroughly grasp, seriously and effectively implement and concretize the contents and key tasks of the Prime Minister to lead and direct departments, branches, sectors, People's Committees of districts and cities to implement synchronously and uniformly in accordance with the viewpoints and directions of the Central Government. Raising awareness of all levels, sectors, cadres, civil servants and public employees in directing, operating and organizing the implementation of targets and solutions on waste prevention and combat.

Identifying the most important political task at present is to implement the consistent policy of the Secretariat and the Politburo on the arrangement of administrative units in accordance with the direction in Resolution No. 18, dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on continuing to innovate and arrange the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient, our province strengthens leadership and direction on practicing thrift and fighting waste; effectively implement administrative procedure reform at agencies and units; review, amend, supplement and perfect legal documents and strictly implement measures related to practicing thrift and fighting waste; Clearly define the tasks and responsibilities of each agency and unit, especially the responsibility of the head in inspection and supervision, focusing on the 2025 management theme according to the Government's direction, which is "Discipline and responsibility; proactive and timely; streamlined and effective; accelerated breakthrough".

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha shared: To prevent and combat TNLPTC, the province has strengthened the management and use of public assets to ensure compliance with standards, norms, regimes and requirements of tasks; focusing on arranging and handling assets, especially houses and land, associated with the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government and the province. Directing localities to complete the review of all public assets and working offices that are not used or used ineffectively to report to competent authorities for decision on handling according to regulations, not to waste or lose State assets. At the same time, directing departments and branches to complete the general inventory of public assets at agencies, organizations and units; infrastructure assets invested and managed by the State to ensure progress according to plan and continue to fully update information on assets into the national database on public assets.

The project items of the Provincial Sports and Cultural Complex are being accelerated.

Synchronizing solutions to prevent and combat natural disasters, the province is focusing on inspecting and evaluating the implementation of the approved plan to rearrange facilities, especially facilities that must be recovered and auctioned. Speeding up the progress of arranging and handling houses, land, and assets in agencies and units after rearranging the organizational apparatus and approving the plan to rearrange and handle houses and land according to regulations, not allowing waste, violations, encroachment, conversion, misuse or abandonment; continuing to rearrange and handle houses and land in the province. Reviewing all assets that are unused or ineffectively used office buildings to have a handling plan.

In order to create momentum for rapid and sustainable development, our province is determined to eliminate ineffective projects and projects that are not really necessary, and prioritize capital for key and urgent projects. Tighten discipline and discipline in public investment, strictly handle violations and obstacles that slow down the progress of capital allocation and disbursement; individualize the responsibility of the head in case of slow implementation and disbursement; strictly implement the allocation of public investment capital to ensure concentration, focus, and key points, and comply with the principles, conditions, and priority order as prescribed. Speed ​​up the implementation and completion of projects using public investment capital and other State capital; promptly put into operation and use projects that have been completed for many years, and avoid waste.

“The province will strengthen inspection, supervision and strict handling of cases of law violations, causing waste, detecting, preventing and handling violations of TNLPTC at agencies and units; especially adding specific regulations on penalties for wasteful behavior, having effective mechanisms and measures in handling and implementing thrift practice and anti-waste. Widely propagandizing, raising awareness and responsibility among cadres, party members and workers, first of all, setting an example of the leaders at each agency and unit on the meaning, importance, responsibility of practicing thrift, anti-waste and determining that the development of plans must be associated with specific targets, carried out regularly and thoroughly” - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha affirmed.
