On November 9, Chairman of Kinh Mon Town People's Committee Bui Xuan Loc said that the town has just launched an emulation movement to achieve achievements to welcome the status of a type III urban area.
The content of the emulation is to carry out the task of building a type III urban area and organize the Ceremony to announce the Decision to recognize Kinh Mon town as a type III urban area. The movement is launched in all economic, cultural - social, national defense - security fields, implementing the political tasks of each agency, unit, locality... The emulation launching time is from November 1 to December 31.
Kinh Mon Town Internal Affairs Department advises and coordinates with relevant units to synthesize and propose collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for timely commendation and reward.
The movement aims to replicate typical examples, create a spread throughout the town; promote internal strength for rapid and sustainable socio -economic development; build a green - clean - beautiful town.
The ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Construction recognizing Kinh Mon town as a type III urban area is scheduled to be held at 7:00 p.m. on December 20, at Nguyen Dai Nang Square.
