Second session of Muong Kim Commune People's Council, term XXI, 2021-2026

At the meeting, delegates listened to the representative of the Commune People's Committee present a report on the implementation of the socio -economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; report on the direction and administration of the Commune People's Committee in the first 6 months of the year, tasks for the last 6 months of 2025. Accordingly, in the first 6 months of 2025, the socio-economic situation achieved positive results, in which many economic indicators increased compared to the same period last year such as: fresh tea bud output reached over 3,035 tons (an increase of 597 tons); fishing and aquaculture output reached nearly 149 tons; total industrial and handicraft production value reached nearly 300 billion VND. Activities in the cultural and social fields were ensured; the work of protecting and taking care of people's health was implemented with attention. Social security and welfare policies were fully implemented.

In the last 6 months of 2025, the commune will continue to reform administrative procedures, improve the investment and business environment; restructure the agricultural sector towards concentrated commodity production, linking value chains with new rural construction. Strive to collect 106 million VND in local budget revenue; total grain output of more than 6,492 tons; 100% of schools and medical stations are solidly built...

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and unanimously approved 15 resolutions presented at the meeting, typically: Resolution on the socio-economic development plan, ensuring national defense and security in 2025; Resolution on allocating the budget revenue and expenditure estimates of Muong Kim commune in 2025; Resolution on allocating funds to implement the rice land protection project, career funds to implement the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2025, supplementing funds to implement regimes, policies and tasks arising in 2025; Resolution on adjusting the medium-term public investment capital plan for the period 2021-2025; Resolution on renaming school units under the People's Committee of Muong Kim commune...

Comrade Nguyen Van Thang - Party Secretary, Chairman of Muong Kim Commune People's Council delivered the closing speech of the meeting.

In his closing speech, comrade Nguyen Van Thang - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Muong Kim commune affirmed: The meeting unanimously passed many important resolutions that have a direct impact on the socio-economic development of the locality and people's lives. He requested that, immediately after the meeting, the delegates of the People's Council of the commune inform voters and people of all ethnic groups in the commune about the results of the meeting; continue to thoroughly grasp and implement the Party's guidelines, the State's laws and policies, and the Resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels. The People's Committee of the commune needs to focus on directing drastically, creating positive changes in all aspects of work, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development, ensuring political security, social order and safety in the new situation.
