On the afternoon of July 17, the Transaction Office of the Social Policy Bank (CSXH) of Thai Binh organized a meeting to open deposit accounts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of wards in the area and signed a loan trust contract for poor households and other policy beneficiaries with socio-political organizations.

As of June 30, the total operating capital of the Thai Binh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office reached more than 487 billion VND, an increase of over 191 billion VND compared to December 31, 2024. The total outstanding loans of credit programs reached nearly 486 billion VND; of which the total outstanding loans entrusted through socio-political organizations reached more than 474 billion VND, accounting for nearly 98% of the total outstanding loans with 253 active savings and loan groups with outstanding loans. Policy credit programs have been actively contributing to the implementation of socio-economic development goals, sustainable poverty reduction, ensuring social security and promoting the construction of advanced new rural areas.

At the conference, the Thai Binh Social Policy Bank Transaction Office signed a trust contract with 4 socio-political organizations including: Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Tra Ly, Tran Lam, Tran Hung Dao, Vu Phuc and Thai Binh wards.

The signing of the trust contract is the basis for continuing to expand and improve the quality of policy credit activities, contributing practically to poverty reduction, job creation and ensuring social security in the area.
