The presentation of special commemorative publications and supplements for the National Day of September 2nd by Nhan Dan Newspaper took place within the framework of the ceremony of laying flowers and offering incense to President Ho Chi Minh and participating online in the solemn rally commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day held at the Vietnamese Embassy in Beijing, China.
Representatives of the Nhan Dan Newspaper's permanent office in China presented special publications and supplements to Ambassador Pham Thanh Binh, leaders of the Party Committee and the Vietnamese Embassy in China, as well as representatives of the Embassy's departments, Vietnamese agencies in China, and Vietnamese expatriates and students living and studying in Beijing.

Sharing his thoughts on receiving the special editions and supplements of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Comrade Nguyen Duy Phong, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vietnam in China, highly appreciated the significance of Nhan Dan Newspaper's continuous publication of special editions and supplements on important national events, especially the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd. These publications have a wide reach, not only among people in Vietnam but also among the Vietnamese community abroad, helping those living overseas to feel the atmosphere of excitement and pride on the country's great holidays. This provides them with more motivation to strive in their work, studies, and lives, always looking towards their homeland, following every new development, and joining forces with compatriots at home to enter a new era – an era of national progress, aiming for prosperous, thriving, and happy development by the middle of this century.
Nguyen Thuc Anh, a Vietnamese student at Capital Normal University (China), expressed her delight at experiencing the modern technologies integrated into the special supplement commemorating Vietnam's National Day on September 2nd, such as virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality, to listen to the Declaration of Independence, admire the Independence Monument, and experience the moment President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence at Ba Dinh Square.
"These unique experiences helped me truly feel the historical September days of 80 years ago, making me even more proud of the history of my country and nation. The innovative and creative approaches of Nhan Dan Newspaper help young people, especially Vietnamese students studying abroad like us, to love and be more attached to our homeland, thereby giving us more motivation to study, strive, and contribute, so as to be worthy of the sacrifices of previous generations for national independence and the freedom and happiness of the people," shared Nguyen Thuc Anh.
The online participation in the commemoration, parade, and march marking the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and Vietnam's National Day, organized by the Vietnamese Embassy in China, took place in a solemn and proud atmosphere, leaving a positive impression and serving as a great source of encouragement for many Vietnamese people in China to continue striving and improving their lives, while remaining connected to their homeland.
