To achieve this goal, the provincial population sector continues to regularly organize communication activities, especially targeting hard-to-reach groups such as migrants, people with disabilities, and the elderly; implementing activities to improve population quality, such as pre-marital counseling and health check-ups, prenatal and neonatal screening, models for preventing child marriage and consanguineous marriage, and controlling gender imbalance at birth… At the same time, inter-sectoral coordination among agencies, organizations, and associations participating in population work in the province continues to be strengthened. The activities of the population work steering committees at all levels have promoted the role and responsibility of their members, regularly monitoring, inspecting, and evaluating the implementation of goals, tasks, and emulation movements related to population work.
