Ms. Pham Thi Hoa Hien - Director of Tan Dai Duong International Import Export Joint Stock Company (Vietnam) and Mr. Pho Man - Chief Representative of CCIC Guangxi, Dong Hung Branch (China) signed the acceptance and handover of the laboratory building.

With the aim of ensuring that Vietnamese goods that have been tested and meet the standards for export to the Chinese market are cleared smoothly, avoiding unnecessary losses such as goods being turned back, goods being destroyed... due to not meeting standards, from August 2024, Tan Dai Duong International Import Export Joint Stock Company (Mong Cai - Vietnam) and China Testing Group - Guangxi Company Limited, Dongxing Branch (China) have cooperated to invest in building a laboratory to test the quality of agricultural, forestry and fishery products in the area of the project to invest in building technical infrastructure for services and trade of the Bac Luan II Bridge Inter-sectoral Control Station with a system of testing houses, modern machinery and equipment, ensuring testing and examination of Vietnamese agricultural, forestry and fishery products exported to the Chinese market.
The laboratory has a total area of 430m2, on the 1st floor area of 350m2, the 2nd floor is 80m2. It is designed and equipped with modern equipment according to international standards ISO 17025 with a total investment of 30 billion VND. The laboratory is located at Bac Luan 2 Inspection Site, Tan Dai Duong International Import Export Joint Stock Company, the area adjacent to Mong Cai International Border Gate - Bac Luan II Bridge Area.
The laboratory with a system of modern, synchronous, environmentally friendly equipment, large scale, is capable of accurately analyzing many indicators of food safety, product quality indicators, such as: residues of plant protection chemicals, antibiotics, toxins, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, yellow substances in food... This will contribute to supporting management agencies, organizations, and enterprises in proactively monitoring the quality of agricultural, forestry, and fishery products to ensure safety before exporting to the Chinese market.
Comrade Ho Quang Huy, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Mong Cai City People's Committee and delegates visited the Laboratory and attended the handover signing ceremony.
After being put into operation, the laboratory will provide the following services: Testing and inspection services for food, agricultural, forestry and fishery products; origin tracing services and product quality consulting services for customers in need; Dissemination of the legal policies and regulations on border supervision of the People's Republic of China related to the quality of agricultural, forestry and fishery products and other items exported to China.
The cooperation in building a laboratory between Tan Dai Duong International Import-Export Joint Stock Company and China Testing Group - Guangxi Company Limited, Dong Hung Branch is of great significance in the export of agricultural, forestry and aquatic products to China today. In the future, the export of other fruits, animal and plant foods will contribute to reducing the customs clearance time for exported goods, thereby helping import-export enterprises reduce costs related to testing and tracing of exported goods, and boosting the export turnover of goods from Vietnam to the Chinese market./.
